These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the CP Rewards platform. By signing in with your registered mobile number, you confirm that you are an authorised distributor or carpenter partner and agree to comply with these terms.

Access is limited to partners onboarded and approved by CP PLY. You must use the mobile number registered with your account. Sharing credentials, OTPs, or account access with unauthorised persons is prohibited.

Points, rewards, and redemption values are governed by programme rules communicated by CP PLY and may be updated from time to time. Points have no cash value unless explicitly stated. CP PLY may adjust, suspend, or reverse points in cases of error, fraud, or policy violation.

You agree to provide accurate business and transaction information, including sale orders, inventory activity, and profile details. Misrepresentation may result in suspension of rewards or account access.

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with system integrity, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or circumvention of security controls is not permitted.

CP PLY may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if required by law. Upon termination, unused rewards may be forfeited according to programme policy.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, CP PLY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including downtime, data loss, or reward calculation delays.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For questions regarding these terms, contact your CP PLY representative or support channel provided in the app.
